At 10x2 Studio, we strive to provide high-quality digital sewing patterns and excellent customer service. While we do not offer refunds for digital products, we are happy to provide support and assistance to ensure your satisfaction.
Eligibility for Refund
In the unlikely event that you experience technical difficulties or receive a defective digital product, we may provide a refund or replacement. To be eligible for a refund, you must:
Contact us within 30 days of purchase
Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue
Refund Process
If your refund is approved, we will process it within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Digital Product Replacement
If you experience technical difficulties or receive a defective digital product, we may offer a replacement. Please contact us within 30 days of purchase, and we will provide a replacement digital product.
No Refunds for Change of Mind
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you simply do not like the digital product. We encourage you to carefully review the product description and preview images before making a purchase.
